Ed Gabel
Ed Gabel is vice president of Joe Zeff Design.
His career path includes positions at Root Learning, creating learning maps for major corporations; the Asbury Park Press, producing illustrations and graphics; and Time magazine, where he was Associate Graphics Director and gained an international reputation for his detailed illustrations. His work there provided once-in-a-lifetime opportunities: to observe open-heart surgery in order to create an information graphic, and to take over the controls of a B1 bomber for a 45-minute stretch.
Ed has been part of Joe Zeff Design since 1997, including a 15-month stint as CGI Director of Splashlight in New York City. He lives in Cranford, NJ, with his wife and daughter.
