Our Bikes

When we’re not working, we’re usually riding our motorcycles. Here’s the current lineup:

.
Joe
suffers from attention-deficit disorder when it comes to motorcycles. His most recent steed is an impossibly red Harley-Davidson Street Glide, replacing a five-month-old BMW K1300S, which replaced a 43-day-old Triumph Rocket III, which replaced a, um, Harley-Davidson Street Glide. He has previously owned more than a dozen motorcycles, not to mention a broken foot, torn labrum and two cracked vertebrae. Joe’s wife is incredibly tolerant, for which he is very grateful.

.
Ed
has his choice of bikes. One is a Harley-Davidson Street Bob with all the trimmings: black matte paint, a custom seat fashioned from crocodile hide, and at least a half-dozen chrome skulls. But what stands out most are his unconscionably loud exhaust pipes, wrapped in stealthy black tape but hard to miss as he cruises down the street to a chorus of shrieking car alarms. The other: a brand new Road Glide Ultra with all the trimmings.
